Pricing questions

What if I exceed my tier quota?
Pay-as-you-go at meter rates. Your account never pauses unexpectedly โ€” overage is tracked in real time and shown in the dashboard before invoicing.
Are there seat fees or per-bot fees?
No. The tier price is the entire subscription line. Adding a teammate or adding a channel doesn't add a line item.
Can I downgrade or cancel?
Anytime. No annual commitments below Enterprise. You keep tier-level features until the end of the billing period.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes โ€” 15% off all paid tiers when billed annually. Available at checkout.
Why per-outcome instead of per-seat?
Seat-based AI tooling penalizes you for using AI more. Per-outcome aligns price with delivered value, gives finance teams a clean line item per outcome type, and makes upgrade paths obvious.
