Yes — that's the wedge we built for. Bulk product sync runs on Temporal workflows so 10K-product imports finish in a single run, not a babysat queue. Inventory updates propagate webhook-first with a polling fallback. Each tenant gets its own Postgres + pgvector schema with row-level security, so catalogs never share index space. Public throughput numbers will land once design-partner production data validates them. If you've got a 1000+ SKU store and want to be one of the first reference points, the waitlist is the way in.
Do my customers' messages train any third-party LLM?
No. We run DeepSeek on Modal with per-tenant isolation. Conversation data stays in your workspace. No third-party training.
How does per-outcome billing work?
You pay for completed outcomes — replies sent, try-ons rendered, listings generated. Each tier subscription bundles a monthly quota; overage is charged at meter rates (2¢ bot reply, 8¢ try-on, 5¢ listing). No seat fees, ever.
Can I self-host?
