Create Your Selify Account

Getting started with Selify AI takes less than two minutes. This guide walks you through creating your account and taking your first steps on the platform.

Sign Up

1. Visit dash.selify.ai and click Get Started.
2. Enter your email address and create a password, or sign up with Google.
3. Check your inbox for a verification email from Selify AI. Click the verification link to activate your account.
4. Once verified, you’ll be redirected to your new dashboard.

If you don’t see the verification email within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder. You can request a new verification email from the login page.

Explore the Dashboard

After signing in, you’ll land on the Dashboard — your central command center for all e-commerce operations.

The left sidebar gives you access to:

• Workforce — Manage your AI workers that handle day-to-day operations
• Products — View and manage your product catalog across all connected channels
• Analytics — Track sales, performance, and AI worker activity
• Settings — Configure your account, connect stores, and manage billing

Set Up Your Workspace

Your workspace is where your team collaborates and your AI workers operate. During initial setup:

1. Name your workspace — Use your brand or company name.
2. Invite team members (optional) — Add colleagues by email. You can assign roles like Admin or Viewer.
3. Connect a store — Link your Shopify, Amazon, or Instagram account to start syncing data. See Connect Your Shopify Store or Connect Instagram for detailed instructions.

Once your account is set up:
